Of course reading ads is only one way to earn money and if you are here thinking this is all that you have to do to earn a sizable income then you should leave now.  Earning money online takes a lot of effort on your part.  You have to find referrals, or buy them, you have to read ads, and here we offer you daily surveys that can add to your account pretty fast. I put about 15 minutes per day in this program and I mean everyday, I am not one of the biggest earners around but I am consistent. Now lets look at ways to grow those earnings.  First and the most effective is getting referrals, how do we get referrals?  We advertise for them, we tell our friends about what we are doing.  We buy them, oops, we are not putting out money so I guess that one is out.  Anyway you get the drift, the more referrals the more money we earn.  Just having referrals is not enough we must have active referrals, How do we keep them active?  I bribe them, I give them a one year premium membership.  Usually when it is due they see how much more they make and renew the next year also.  ClixSense has a messenger service that allows you to contact your downline and keep them up on how you are making money this, I find, works pretty good at keeping them motivated.
